So, what is Court Smarts all about? Simply put, it’s using visual learning to enhance your skills. At The Bold Break, we believe in engaging multiple learning styles—seeing, hearing, doing, and discussing. By doing this, we increase retention and deepen your understanding of the game.

Now, to get started, the first thing we ask you to do is to choose a volleyball heroine. This could be a pro player, someone from your favorite college team, or even a teammate who inspires you. This player becomes your role model, someone to guide your vision for what success looks like on the court. Having someone to look up to and visualize is crucial because Mentors matter, they help you focus on what’s possible for you.
