FAQs

What should my child bring?

Athletic clothes, court shoes, knee pads, a water bottle—and most importantly, a growth mindset.

Is lunch provided?

Yes! We provide lunch during camp. Before the start of camp, you’ll receive a food preference & allergy form to ensure we accommodate your athlete’s needs.

What skill level is required?

This is an all-skills training camp focused on you vs. you, not you vs. the other athletes. The goal is to elevate your individual skill set and walk away with a performance plan to apply to your next season.

Can I drop off early/pick up late?

Yes! We offer early drop-off and late pick-up options—just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

I don’t know if I want to play in college. Is this camp still for me?

Yes! This camp isn’t about recruiting—it’s about becoming a better volleyball player. You’ll train with highly experienced Division 1 coaches, receive top-level instruction, and leave with a personalized performance plan to help you track and measure your progress.

What am I paying for?

The average volleyball camp hosts 100+ players with a coaching staff made up of only a few program coaches, guest assistants, and college athletes.

At Dig & Decant, you are getting:

  • Small-group training with a high coach-to-player ratio

  • Direct coaching & feedback from Division 1 coaches with 10+ years of elite experience

  • Intentional skill development in a focused, high-rep environment

  • A performance plan to take what you’ve learned beyond camp

When you break it down, you’re investing less than $100 an hour for elite-level instruction and a game plan for success.
